As CRM manager at SNS you will hold a key position in the E-commerce department. The CRM manager works globally focusing on customer data, analysis and development of processes to ensure continuous growth of reach, customer engagement and profitability.
This is a full time position, based at SNS HQ in Stockholm, reporting to the Head of E-com.


Main scope includes:

- Develop the CRM strategy; lead the work to create data-driven, personalized journeys, communications, and campaigns to deliver our acquisition and retention KPIs.

- Drive forward our CRM transformation, working collaboratively with our Growth Marketer, Tech team, and technical partners to enhance the capability of our customer engagement platform. Ensure the right infrastructure is in place.

- Set and deliver the SNS CRM roadmap

- Own, develop and implement an SNS loyalty program

- Analyse large data sets in order to generate actionable insight and recommendations.

- Be the point of contact for all database, customer reporting and analysis queries.

- Use data, insight, research, and segmentation to increase campaign reach, maximize prospects, ROI and retention.

- Ensure customer relations and processes are GDPR compliant.

- Execute newsletter marketing, automated emails, push notifications and other automated communication.

- Define, analyse and report on KPIs

We believe you have at least 3 years experience from a similar position, focusing on email marketing. You have a bachelor's degree within marketing, or equivalent. We want you to have deep knowledge of digital channels and the digital customer journey, as well as strong understanding of segmentation and development of loyalty/VIP programs. You are savvy in working with statistics and used to analyzing complex datasets. Proven experience of setting up automated, multi-channel communication as well as fluency in English are must haves. Experience from working with App is a bonus.
