WHAT UTOPIANS DO

The open secret is that the music industry is struggling with the very basics of music accounting: What was played, when and where? Who should get paid and how much?

Utopia Music is bridging the data gap by connecting global consumption, accurate metadata, and fast payments to an industry-wide trust platform. Our goal is to unlock creative value and enable Fair Pay For Every Play to make a better world for Music. The solutions we offer do not threaten to usurp the role of industry incumbents - it is about bringing transparency in the industry and supporting efficient royalty collection for all.

THE ROLE

As Utopia's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Manager you specialise in customer interactions and handle the software that makes the interaction possible. From implementing new acquisitions CRM data and maintaining the software to training the employees and ensuring everybody uses it as they should.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage the implementation of our CRM platform aligning to stakeholders needs and ensuring a positive, rewarding experience for our sales team members
- Administer the day to day of our CRM, including but not limiter to, help creating accounts and logic credentials, reports and dashboards, as well as managing workflows
- Create and maintain CRM procedures, training and processes
- Act as internal champion and trainer for CRM, with a focus on enabling our sales teams to provide greater value to our customers
- Partner and collaborate across multiple business function to develop customisations, optimisations and best practices
- Proactively engage on continuous improvement efforts and coordinate the evaluation, scope, and completions of new development request
- Other support or duties as needed




HOW TO IMPACT

- Develop key CRM strategies and support the sales organisation
- Work across the organisation and make sure to provide valuable insights and tactics that will improve the operative part of the organisation



REQUIREMENTS

- 2+ years of experience working within a CRM system
- 2+ years of experience in sales administration witch has lead to an understanding of sales best practices
- Fluency in English, any other language it’s a plus
- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive
- Proven ability to drive processes and implement them
- Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of the sales organisations / sales admin
- Proven ability to position solutions inside the organisation
- Demonstrable experience developing client-focused processes
- Active listening
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills

- We are recruiting within certain European locations for this position ( UK, Germany, Sweden, Finland, Switzerland, Austria) and therefore only able to move forward with those already based in this location and with eligibility to work in the relevant country you are based in.
