Portfolio Marketing Manager 

Verisure is seeking a talented, innovative, and passionate individual for the role as CRM Manager to join our high performing Portfolio Marketing team. The role will report to the Head of Portfolio Marketing and will work closely with key stakeholders in the organization executing on customer communication and initiatives to increase customer engagement, drive revenue and boost customer lifetime value. 

The role provides an opportunity for an individual with the right attitude and drive to develop and grow within the organization. Verisure is about to take the next step within customer marketing and are looking for someone that can take full ownership and make sure we have a personalized and relevant dialogue in all stages of the customer lifecycle. 

Your new role:  
As a CRM Manager you have full responsibility for the communication to our +500K customer portfolio; both setting the strategy and coordinating the execution. 

Responsibilities will include: 
* Overall responsibility for Verisures communication strategy to existing customers 
* Manage weekly direct marketing campaigns and communication, including collaboration with content writer, defining segments, triggers and coordinating with stakeholders internally 
* Create a communication roadmap covering key moments in the customer lifecycle across email, SMS, push etc.  

* Build communication flows in our newly implemented marketing automation tool  
* A/B testing, analyzing and following up on results to develop our program  
* Project lead cross department initiatives aiming at increasing value for money, upsell/cross sell and strengthen loyalty 

 

Who you are:  

We are looking for an individual that have a strong command in CRM and marketing automation. The ideal candidate will be a well-organized doer with a commercial mindset. You are an enthusiastic and creative individual – someone that solves problems and find new ways! Attention to detail is key and we believe you are innovative, curious and a team player 

 

We see that you also have,  
* Master or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent studies 
* 3-5 years of experience within marketing, CRM or loyalty programs
