About the job
As a CRM manager, your focus is to keep bringing players back and get them as engaged as possible to continue playing our awesome 3rd person co-op shooter. You create this retention by creating your own CRM platform and through several (online) media and of course in co-creation with our community team.
Your contribution
As a CRM Manager (Player Engagement), your main tasks and responsibilities are:
- Build/create and maintain a CRM platform to ensure your successful player retention;
- Manage retention channels such as email, SMS / mobile notifications, in-game communication, web/launcher;
- By using analytics, segment, create and own acquisition and player engagement strategies;
- Execute on above mentioned strategies in collaboration with our community team and other stakeholders within our studio;
- Structure A/B testing and optimize campaigns with our community team.
Our requirements
We’re looking for a CRM / Customer Engagement Manager who is a true numbers hero and who brings along the following experience and background:
- Around 3 to 5 years of experience with CRM Management;
- Experience with SAAS systems/products and A/B testing;
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders;
- Experience in a live service environment - within (mobile) game development would be preferable, but not required.
Practical information
Scope: Full-time: 40 hours per week. We offer a permanent position and for the right candidate we offer relocation aid.
Location: Stockholm, however working remotely can be discussed for the right candidate.
