On behalf of IDEAL OF SWEDE, we are looking for a CRM Manager who will be responsible for the
CRM implementation and advancement of strategies, plans, and systems in place to take our
business-customer relationships to a higher level. The main goal is to gain new customers and
oversee the process of retaining our existing ones.
To further strengthen the brand and understanding of our customers, you will collaborate with sales,
marketing, customer service, and operations teams to improve the customer experience. You will
provide insights regarding the performance of returning customers and your main responsibility will
be our Newsletter.
To thrive in this position we believe that you are passionate about building and nurturing lasting
relationships with customers, and have previous experience in customer journeys, marketing

Responsibilities
? Responsible for managing our customer database and CRM system.
? Responsible for the planning and scheduling of our newsletter sendouts.
? Responsible for establishing, managing, and improving the automation to optimize the
customer journey.
? Work with segmentation, customer habits, and personalized communication.
? Create conversion-focused communication flows over newsletters and other customer
touchpoints and ensure we optimize our cross-channel CRM communication.
? Gather and maintain customer reviews on-site and product satisfaction.
? Responsible for analyzing the performance of the campaigns to identify improvements and
optimize future strategies. Improve ways of working to drive retention and revenue while
delivering true consumer value.
? Report and follow up on key metrics such as churn rate, CLV, open rate, and win-back.
? Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in the development of current and new
projects related to CRM.
Your profile
? A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
? 3-5 years of work experience minimum in similar roles
? Like to work operationally with an analytical mindset.
? Like to work independently and in cross-functional settings.
? Excellent communication skills, fluent in written and spoken English. Bonus with Swedish
and/or German
? Experience from working with e-commerce and product-related companies is preferred
? Experience working with Email Marketing Software such as Voyado or Klaviyo
? Knowledge and understanding of data visualization tools such as Qlik Sense
? This is a permanent position with a six-month probationary period
? The position is full-time
? You will be based in Stockholm
? Start date as soon as possible
