We are looking for a CRM Market Coordinator for an international company in Gothenburg. Start November 1st!
Main responsibilities
Together with your team which consists of 5 people, you will ensure that all needed activities, from the point that the customer’s order is ready to be placed until that the car is delivered to the required retailer, are performed in the best way possible. Different Data systems needs to be connected, contracts to be created and the order to be placed in the factory system. The team also handles tasks from different teams concerning the order with topics like destination changes, order changes, questions about delivery times, cancellation tasks, matchmaking activities. Vehicle order transfers from/to the National Sales Companies.
Required qualifications & personal qualities
Experience from ordering, mail-order, complaint department, vehicle industry, logistic.
Have strong administrative skills
Capable of multitasking, able to work under pressure during periods of higher workload, flexible, self-driven, result oriented, accurate, good documentation skills
Takes own responsibility over work, delivery, and personal development
You are a team player and have strong collaboration skills
Have an effective and action taking personality
Ability to understand processes
Fluent in English written and spoken
Experienced user in MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word)
Competence in relevant systems a merit (SAP, Salesforce, Vista)
This is a full-time consultant position through Incluso in Gothenburg, 6 months contract to start, good possibility of extension after that. Start November 1st!
