We are looking for our next star to join our CRM Marketing team in Gothenburg, Sweden. We are now looking for a CRM marketing coordinator to join our team. The position demands cross-functional collaboration, good communication skills, coordination skills and a process-focused aptitude that will enable you to effectively execute multiple responsibilities and deliverables. The main responsibility is to take the lead with our Newsletter marketing operations. Duties include running newsletter and other campaign and event emails end-to-end. You will be the key contact and support for our markets and help localize content for best results.

Experience
• Good understanding of CRM principles
• Handle customer journeys – event management
• Email programme management and optimisation
• Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar.
Responsibilities
• Plan, build and send monthly newsletters. Also responsible for analyzing results and making adjustment.
• Key contact person towards the Polestar markets from HQ, support and liase to meet the goals.
• Key contact person towards the Polestar markets regarding translations of email content
• Build emails – support and train the markets in how to build/ create emails.
• Upgrade our email templates using graphics, personalization and advanced features
• Ensure emails follow industry policies and best practices
• Assist the team in documenting, and the review of key performance measurements, including opens, clicks, unsubscribes, and conversion rates
• Content requestor and coordinate timings and market specific go-live dates for different content on i.e. polestar.com, app etc.
• Key contact person of CRM marketing activities to the CRC and Content Management team, facilitation FAQ documentation.
• Track and organize CRM communications, including archiving inactive communications, maintaining documentation, and updating active and inactive communications.
