CRM Marketing Specialist, Coloplast Sweden - 12 month maternity cover assignment

The job
Spreading the word and knowledge about Coloplast’s products and services is what we do in the marketing team. Your new job as CRM Marketing Specialist will be to lead the CRM work and optimize efforts on target segments and content, to achieve better engagement and conversion rates. You will play an important role in the ongoing transition to a digital consumer health care company. The job ranges from basic data base health work to proactive opportunity identifications and insight generation. We see you as very analytical and you’re always eager to find new innovative ways to use data insights for even better performances. You will report to the Consumer Marketing manager together with 3 other persons, and belong to the Swedish marketing team of in total 11 persons You will in your daily work also co-operate closely with our Consumer Care manager (head of our consumer contact team).
This is a maternity cover position and will last for approximately 12 months. The idea is that you join the company and walk alongside with our current CRM Specialist to get to know the position and the tasks before she goes on maternity leave in early April until late 2022. Therefor we would ideally have someone joining us as soon as possible in the beginning of 2022.
Areas of responsibility
· Responsible for consumer KPI’s tracking and target fulfilment including standard reporting processes
· Responsible for consumer marketing part of business area plans in alignment with Consumer marketing manager, market managers and management team
· Responsible for proactively identifying untapped potential and insights within our database and together with the Consumer Marketing team develop campaign/marketing elements to activate/stimulate
· Responsible for tracking responses in consumer campaigns
· Prepare presentations for various meetings on Nordic and local level
· Use the CRM system Salesforce to identify appropriate target groups (i.e. database segmentation)
· Support consumer care team with occasional follow up reports on projects
· Manages database and data entry, overall responsible for database quality and cleaning
· Creates simple assets (e.g. email, single page letter) from templates
· GDPR responsible (Consumer part)
Professional competencies
· +2 years of experience from CRM position with documented experience on analysis work
· Higher education within business, statistics or other relevant area.
· Advanced Excel user capabilities
· Experience of digital communication is a plus
· Experience with CRM database work (extra plus if experience with Salesforce)
· Rigorous, analytical and detail-oriented
· Strong focus on execution and delivering high quality on time
· Curious and eager to continuously learn more about the data we possess
· Enjoys working with others
· Excellent self-organisation capabilities
· Good at prioritisation
· Energetic with a ‘can-do’ attitude
· Identifies with Coloplast Vision, Mission and Values
· Excellent skills in Swedish and English as spoken and written word.
