CRM Manager in co-marketing
The CRM manager is responsible for planning, developing, executing, and continuous refinement of multichannel campaigns with the purpose to drive quality traffic to Klarna merchant partners. To be successful in this position it’s expected of you to challenge the existing way of working and constantly plan for your next test that will lead you to a scalable solution and the consumer to improved customer experience.
The person who will be successful in this role should have experience impacting & contributing to increased customer engagement in outbound CRM campaigns (Email, SMS), app CRM (Push, In-App Message), and app content (In-App Article). Additionally, a successful CRM manager at Klarna should have extensive knowledge & hands-on experience in marketing automation/CRM tools, strategising customer engagement & in-depth knowledge of structured A/B testing. Experience of working in an international organisation and with personalisation of content is a strong merit.
CRM Manager in growth marketing
The CRM manager is responsible for planning, developing, executing, and continuous refinement of multichannel campaigns with the purpose to drive growth in one of the customer product areas, such as app, banking, credit card, shopping and rewards club. To be successful in this position it’s expected of you to challenge the existing way of working and constantly plan for your next test that will lead you to a scalable solution and the consumer to improved customer experience.
The person who will be successful in this role should have experience impacting & contributing to increased customer engagement in outbound CRM campaigns (Email, SMS), app CRM (Push, In-App Message), and app content (In-App Article). Additionally, a successful CRM manager at Klarna should have extensive knowledge & hands-on experience in marketing automation/CRM tools, strategising customer engagement & in-depth knowledge of structured A/B testing. Experience of working in an international organisation and with personalisation of content is a strong merit.
CRM Specialist
The CRM specialist is responsible for executing and following-up multichannel campaigns with the purpose to drive quality traffic to Klarna merchant partners. To be successful in this position it’s expected of you to have a flexible mindset and constantly plan for your next test that will teach you how to improve your upcoming campaigns and deliver improved results.
The person who will be successful in this role should have experience impacting & contributing to increased customer engagement in outbound CRM campaigns (Email, SMS), app CRM (Push, In App Message) and app content (In App Article). Additionally, a successful CRM specialist at Klarna should have hands-on experience in marketing automation/CRM tools, email marketing, customer segmentation & A/B testing. Experience of working in an international organisation and with personalisation of content is a strong merit.
- Experience working with email marketing, consumer journeys and outbound marketing campaigns
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation/CRM tools: Braze, SFMC/ExactTarget, Adobe/Marketo, CheetahMail, Dotdigital, Selligent, hubspot, etc) and CMS (adobe, wordpress, hubspot, etc.)
- Experience of A/B testing and other analytical tools to ensure customer understanding and campaign results
- A metrics driven approach
