The Opportunity
We are strengthening our Nordic Analytics team with a CRM Performance Specialist. This is a critical role on the commercial side of the business, driving new business growth and performance in sales.
In this role, you will be the enabler of success in our Tele sales teams by leveraging on our data insights. You will own and improve our full infrastructure and setup around lead- and account management, including Salesforce and our integration to Playbooks and dialing system. The system is already live and running, but there is a never ending potential of improvements, fine tuning and problem solving related to it. You work in close collaboration with our Nordic Tele Sales managers and based on their needs you take action. The role is a combination of hands on work and strategic thinking, with a mix of problem solving skills and an ability to understand the sales process and its different steps.
About the team
The Nordic Analytics team is a small and hardworking commercial team with a history of generating strong growth for the business. We are based in Stockholm and currently consists of 5 people, all focused on improving the business based on data insights. We operate across all Nordic countries and all SMB sales channels to deliver on high set growth ambitions. We are given a high mandate to use the internal data to deliver on those ambitions.
Your day-to-day responsibilities
Ownership of CRM platforms and tools (Salesforce and Playbooks) from a sales process and pipeline perspective
Database and pipeline management (CRM logic, data purchasing, scoring, segmentation, data cleaning and re-runs)
Manage and optimize Playbooks streams, rules and logic
Training of sales agents in systems and tools, as well as way of working
Request Sales system/CRM efficiency improvements and architectural requirements towards the Salesforce team
Second line support for Salesforce and Playbooks, including incidents management

Skills we can’t do without
You have graduated from a Bachelor degree in Business, Finance or similar
Salesforce/CRM experience
Strong Excel knowledge
Experience from a sales related position (preferably Tele sales)
You have excellent skills in oral and written presentation in English and in Swedish
