Description
Do you have passion for driving change projects and want to be part of a major CRM initiative within Product Management & Commercial Operations (PMCO)?
PMCO/Commercial Systems & Tools is recruiting a Project Manager with extensive business experience to drive global project/projects within the area of CRM (Customer Relationship Management).
You will enter into a global role and work closely with many of our Clusters and Central Organisations.
This role will preferably be placed in Lund with some travelling involved. Other locations can be discussed.
Main responsibilities
-Overall responsible for planning, execution and delivery of the project on time, within budget and to the agreed quality to meet the objectives and the benefits of the project
-Manage and align with stakeholders at different levels in the organisation
-Together with stakeholders agree on scope and deliverables for the project
-Lead the project team (core team members)
-Prepare and present the project for review in the project governance forum
Qualifications
You are a self-motivated, result orientated person with a strong drive. You pay attention to details, balanced with the ability to see the project in a larger context.
You have the ability to exercise informal authority and you easily work cross-functionally with people on all levels.
You have excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
To be successful in this role, you have Product Management & Commercial Operations- business experience either from working within an account team or from a central position with customer interaction. Some experience of running projects, either as driver or stakeholder would be of value. You have a proven ability to develop effective relationships and gain credibility across all levels of an organisation.
Your English skills are excellent, written as well as spoken.
