You will be part of a dynamic and growing marketing team, helping create and execute our daily email campaigns.

In the role as a CRM specialist at NA-KD you will be working closely with our CRM Campaign Manager as well as our CRM manager were you will be able to grow both personally and professionally.

Responsibilities (your future)

- Support the CRM Campaign Manager to plan weekly communications.

- Manage the newsletter translation process (we work with 6 different languages)

- Create and assign tasks to design and copywriting teams based on weekly communication plan.

- Work closely with design and copywriting teams to coordinate the newsletter content.

- A/B Testing email campaigns for continuous improvement.

- Coordinate projects and ensure timelines are met across organizations including marketing, design, analytics and external partners.

- Support the CRM Campaign Manager with ad hoc tasks.

- Ensure high attention to detail in our Customer facing marketing communications.



Your Past & Skills.

- Degree in marketing or communications or relevant work experience in the field.

- Familiar with CRM and email marketing platforms. Working with Insider is a plus.

- High level of attention to detail in preparation of newsletters.

- Ability to successfully multi-task and deliver high quality work in an ambiguous environment with short timelines.

- Structured and ability to learn fast.

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
