We are looking for a new star with great passion for CRM - is it you?
As a CRM specialist at Resurs Bank you will play an important role in developing the relationships with our new and existing B2C and B2B customers. You will make sure our Nordic Loyalty & Retention strategy is carried out in our Nordic countries to increase activation and retention via targeted digital communication campaigns, both automated and ad-hoc. The role is both strategic and operative with the main goal to retain and develop our customers through communication to improve customer loyalty.
What we want you to do and achieve:
• Identify and develop customer journeys and optimize the communication for new and existing customers (B2C and B2B) to build loyalty and reduce churn
• Create and improve targeted loyalty building CRM- activities in our Marketing Automation system Eloqua, such as automated and ad-hoc campaigns to onboard and educate new customers, retain and reactivate existing customers
• Maintain and further develop the customer communication strategy through all existing channels
• Continuously test and evaluate the results to understand how the campaigns affects customer behavior and improve result
• Act on data driven decisions to develop new initiatives that will impact customer experience and value.
• Work cross functional with our Sales department and business units, product development, customer service, Data & Insight and the other teams within the Nordic marketing organization.
Required qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or equivalent
• Working experience within marketing/sales and at least 3 years of proven relevant working experience in CRM/life-cycle marketing in a digital environment
• Experience from setting up and implementing automated/triggered campaigns in a Marketing Automation system or customer engagement platform.
• Experience from handling consumer communication, customer segmentation and managing CRM flows across several channels (e-mail, SMS, app etc).
• Know how to use and act on data to enhance customer experience and campaign performance
• Fluent in English and a Nordic language
If will be a great advantage if you have:
- worked with CLV and/or implementation of Marketing Automation/CRM-systems
- experience with SQL, HTML/CSS
- experience from marketing automation within B2B or strategic CRM within retail business

Last but not least, you dare to challenge and have an innovative mindset - and of course you just love to put data driven customer communication to a new digital level!
You will be part of the Loyalty & Retention-team that is part of the Nordic Marketing organization at Resurs Bank, reporting to the Loyalty & Retention Manager.
You are fluent in at least one Nordic language and in English, both in speech and writing. If you are not a Nordic citizen, a valid work permit to work in one of our Nordic countries is a must.
