Based on a global CRM strategy and adapted to the regional/market needs campaign plan provided by CRM manager, CRM specialist will be responsible for enabling personalized customer experiences that support strategic marketing objectives through orchestrating customer journeys across distribution channels in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or other marketing automation systems. This person will set, test, and execute regional/markets CRM campaigns to attract, nurture, engage and retain Oriflame Brand Partners & VIP customers to drive sales growth and to build brand loyalty.

· Following the CRM plan and process set by regional CRM Manager.
· Managing and driving timely execution of the CRM time schedule, including Campaign support journeys and ad hoc campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or other marketing automation systems.
· Supporting CRM Manager while launching new journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or other marketing automation systems.
· Handling operational tasks within Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or other marketing automation systems, including preparing preview templates and files for translation, adding links to emails and testing them, UTM tags, SMS tagging, and local content uploading.
· Setting up A/B or multivariant tests.
· Creating test contacts and add test users to subscriber lists.
· Building personalized or dynamic emails and landing pages in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or other marketing automation systems. Leverage dynamic content capabilities to test, improve, and optimize customer journeys at-scale.
· Segmenting subscribers and creating dynamic lists for campaigns and triggered emails.
· Ensuring CRM communication follows industry policies and best practices, including compliance with CAN-SPAM, CASL and GDPR.
· Following CRM communication methodologies, new marketing automation systems’ features to optimize platform capabilities and communication performance.
· Creating audiences for various targeted sends using SQL queries and filters and setting up simple journeys in Journey builder is a plus.
· Supporting CRM Manager in launching CRM communication in new channels.
This job will involve working closely with regional CRM Manager, SFMC Technical Expert, Digital Designer and CRM Analyst. And, in addition work closely with market functions.
· Collaborating with CRM Manager to develop testing strategies and provide recommendations for optimization.
· Partnering with SFMC Technical Expert to define and implement new platform features and integrations to successfully deliver and improve marketing automation and reporting capabilities.
Participate in data analysis reviews and apply learnings to future CRM communication to improve performance. Continuously identify unique opportunities to reach customers and to test new ideas.
Qualification & Experience
· University degree Bachelor/Master.
· 1+ years first-hand experience in email automation and email marketing software platforms required (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe, SalesManago etc).
· Sitecore or other CMS experience is a plus.
· Confident user of Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
· Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and SQL is an advantage.
· Experience in Direct selling
