We Offer
In the role as Nordic CRM Specialist, you will join a team of 4 CRM professionals and be a member of the greater Nordic Marketing team. As such you will have colleagues located in Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Finland also you will work closely with Nespresso Global HQ stakeholders to define and prioritize key business questions to address. We are a team who enjoy a fast-paced environment and think individual sense of responsibility and empowerment is key. We collaborate proactively with each other, the Nordic business and our CRM colleagues around the World on a daily basis.
Your Responsibilities
As a Nordic CRM specialist at Nespresso, you need to like working with the full spectrum of CRM, from producing and analysing data, translating this into insights, working with customer clubs and loyalty programs to implementing, developing and following up on campaigns. This is to develop the customer journey, the customer life cycle and market communication in a broad perspective. You should enjoy working with long-term planning/forecasting, at the same time as you need to see the allure of ad-hoc work to quickly obtain a basis for decisive business decisions. Your responsibility includes ensuring that relevant data is in Nespresso's consumer database, so that you can produce data and hold presentations internally/externally to develop sub-insights. You will also be responsible for executing the operational activities of all consumer experience campaigns, programs and activities. This would include:
• Monitoring and securing the operational planning of consumer experience campaigns
• Supporting the campaign set-up to ensure effective campaign execution
• Supporting the execution of retention programs and activities for B2C and B2B
• Tracking campaigns and providing suggestions for optimisation
• Producing regular reports to highlight performance on main consumer experience KPI's
• Developing analyses/studies to understand scenarios and trends across AB B2C and B2B behaviour
• Anticipating the evolution of the business with a 2-5 years perspective
Your Experiences and Qualifications
• In order to be successful in the role we expect that you have more than 5 years of experience working in a specialist CRM role ideally in a direct B2C environment where you have acquired knowledge of SPSS/SAS or similar statistics package, and of SQL or other data query tool and have knowledge onto Adobe Campaign or similar campaign tool.
• Experience in building databases, dashboards, and reporting, understanding the Machine Learning concept, Experience in working with data from different sources (including Euromonitor estimates and trends, Brand Health Tracking, social media metrics, U&A, E-commerce data).
• You combine this with good business acumen where you feel at ease with financial models: customer lifetime value, ROI etc.
• You have a University Degree or equivalent in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Data Scientist or Mathematics. You are fluent in English, fluency in a Nordic language is seen as beneficial.
