The position
As CRM Support Engineer, you will belong to a group of specialists responsible for pricing, demand, e-commerce, and the CRM system. It is part of the global marketing department, and the main interface is the global sales organization. You will be responsible for resolving CRM system user issues and challenges they might face. Since most of your interactions will be remote, the role predominantly depends on communication via phone, email and/or chat, and it is therefore important that you are not afraid of picking up the phone or making or taking calls.
Another responsibility is to be part of the onboarding and system training for new users and provide advice and guidance to less experienced colleagues to optimize the benefits and usage of the system. In this role, you will work closely with our CRM manager and participate in development projects to support the long-term CRM strategy. You will have a key role in identifying potential system and user experience improvements and to optimize system performance.
The employment is at the headquarters in Karlskrona.
Main responsibilities
• Provide day-to-day advice and technical support to our CRM users regarding specific operational/applications issues
• Train and educate new users in the system
• Give on-going training in the provided applications as well as new functions when added
• Implement and test new functions and applications
• Participate in development projects
• Create and update support documentation
• Contribute to improving the system usage
• Collaborate with our CRM partner in trouble-shooting and system development
Successful candidates
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Technical understanding
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Previous experience in CRM system is a benefit
