To exceed the expectations of our active consumers and meet the demands of a changing retail environment, Thule is now accelerating the sales and marketing efforts online with the focus on excellent consumer experience, product and brand presentation.
We are now looking for a CRM/Marketing Automation Specialist, Online Sales, Europe and Rest of World (EROW) to join our team at the head office in Malmö, Sweden to develop sales and consumer experience on Thule.com across multiple markets. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to be a part of an international digital retail team and growth journey in a fast-paced and dynamic environment!
Responsibilities:
The CRM/Marketing Automation Specialist will, based on consumer data and market insights, build consumer segments and develop personalized campaigns to maximize engagement and conversion. All with the Thule brand values at the center focusing on quality and consumer relevance. Not on price and discounts.
Tasks:
CRM/Marketing Automation Specialist (EROW) achieves the above through:
- Build consumer segments and personalized automated flows in our CRM tool across several markets
- Plan and execute newsletter campaigns in line with global and local plans
- Close collaboration in a cross-functional team environment.
- Identifying and realizing growth opportunities based on data and consumer insights
- Analyzing campaign performance and provide suggestions for improvements to maximize the commercial impact of our initiatives.
- Ensuring that set goals and targets are met and aligned with company, brand and commercial guidelines
- Sharing insights with relevant stakeholders in the organization.
- Following trends in online marketing, e-commerce, and market development.
About You:
- Commercial mindset and agile doer
- Strong project- and stakeholder management skills
- Collaborative work style and ability to work in multi-functional teams
- Analytical and data driven decision maker
Experience:
- Minimum 4 years of experience of working with CRM and marketing automation in an international e-commerce environment
- Experience from setting up a CRM/Marketing automation tool (preferably Salesforce, Sitecore)
- Analyzing data and KPIs to optimize campaigns and flows
- Experience of A/B testing and other analytical tools to ensure consumer understanding and campaign results
Education:
- Academic degree
Language skills:
- Excellent communication skills in English. Ideally also in German and/or French.
