CRO and E-commerce Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Conversion Optimization Specialist to join our team and help us reach our next ambitious objectives. As a Conversion Optimization and E-Commerce specialist you will be responsible for using a mix of creativity and strong analytical skills to identify website optimization opportunities for Mapiful. Your duties and responsibilities as a CRO and E-Commerce specialist are:
Increase website conversion rate through ideation and implementation of A/B test ideas
Setup and develop Mapiful’s CRO strategy and workflow
Create and infuse an A/B testing culture within the company in order to continually improve the performance of our website.
Use an iterative approach to optimization, continuously taking test results and data into account in formulating new tests and hypotheses.
Help create initial, quarterly, and monthly reports based on test results and other ongoing initiatives.
Manage and optimize landing pages, website calls-to-action (CTAs), and lead-generating forms
Collaborate with the performance marketing team, influencer marketing team and communication team, in order to optimize each conversion path
Optimize our marketing’s conversion paths and Increase funnel marketing efficiencies
Monitor industry trends and new product offerings to stay up to speed and ahead of the competition.
Conversion Optimization Specialist requirements
Data, data, data! You are passionate about numbers and optimization, you have an analytical mind and you manage to successfully translate big amounts of data into actionable inputs to drive strategic decision making.
You Master Google Analytics in your sleep, expertise with Google Adwords, Google Tag Manager, and other analytical tools.
Strong understanding of website content management systems, including Wordpress and Woo-Commerce
Understanding of key principles of web development as well as UI/UX in order to drive tests implementation with our technical team
BA/BS or equivalent working experience
Past experience with web analytics, A/B testing, and inbound marketing tactics
A demonstrated capacity and willingness to learn coupled with good time-management skills, ability to multitask and strong interpersonal and communication skills
