In this role you bring a minimum of 3 years progressive and diverse experience within a similar CRO and team management role. You have previous leadership and team management or project management experience – able to engage, motivate and develop staff at all levels. You show demonstrable expertise and experience of leading and implementing CRO best practices where data, analytics and conversion funnels are at the forefront of the business. You also have conceptual and logical abilities as well as proven ability to think creatively, strategically and tactically. In addition you have the ability to draw on many sources of insight and react quickly to new information, opinions and direction and strong communication skills with business and technical stakeholders using English fluently and preferably an additional language.
You have knowledge in following areas:
· extensive knowledge of conversion optimization and extensive experience with A/B and multi variate testing
· knowledge of the end user need in the IKEA multichannel shopping experience
· knowledge of the customer and co-worker needs in the IKEA multichannel shopping experience
· Up-to-date with trends about digital best practices, tools and methods
· extensive knowledge in leading and working with a team to achieve goals
· digital communication knowledge blended with IKEA tone of voice
Moreover, you have the ability to frame a business issue, design the right solution, and deliver results combined with strong analytical skills with good attention to detail. You have the ability to understand customer needs to create a seamless experience and to challenge the common ways of thinking. You are a natural when it comes to building trustful relationships with stakeholders of different seniority levels across the organization, taking ownership and demonstrating IKEA leadership skills, especially in interdependent leadership, by using sound judgements to make timely and effective decisions. Finally, you have strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to influence.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role you will serve as a team leader for conversion rate optimization. You will enable product teams and markets to attract and convert more consumers to customers by supporting local testing initiatives, identify and sharing high value opportunities including leading, coaching and developing team members.
You will:
· Define and anchor the CRO experimentation framework, strategy and secure proper execution by enabling product teams and stake holders across all capability areas
· lead, coach and develop a team of CRO specialists and secure their involvement in all needed development and working groups and anchoring the way of working with the different stakeholders
· responsible for reviewing the experiments outcomes and communication of results
· be an ambassador for “test & learn” thinking within the organization, helping to build understanding by proactively sharing the insights and added value of our optimization initiatives
· work closely with all global stakeholders around CRO projects and be an advocate and ambassador for CRO across the organization
· Promote best practices and continually benchmarking IKEA practices against industry standards
· work across initiatives within INGKA Group, steering solutions towards the correct focus on customer experience
ABOUT THIS WORK AREA
We set the digital agenda to keep IKEA leading in an uncertain and fast moving environment. We drive the development, provision and operation of our digital products and services through the use of new and existing technology and agile delivery methods to deliver at pace.
At the same time, we provide a home for digital skills to both develop and extend the technical, people and business skills needed to ensure continuous development and growth of our digital capability
In this role you will report to the Digital Optimisation Manager.
This role is located in Malmö.
