We are a team of small and cross-competent teams each owning a product end-to-end with a mission to meet and exceed our customers’ expectations. To cater the individual needs and desires of our millions of customers, Business Tech will deliver technological solutions for the entire value chain for all our brands.
About the role
· You will lead, manage, and execute large cross-cutting and technology initiatives, involving a large number of Product Teams and business stakeholders on behalf of SAP Test Management Team within Tech Enablement Domain at Business Tech
· Lead initiatives cross Domains, Product Areas and Product teams, as well as with business stakeholders to drive joint initiatives, requiring synchronized backlogs and activities
· Good understanding of Retail & Logistics SAP Business Process
· Technical knowledge on Master Test data and Transactional test data creation and distributing.
· Takes responsibility and accountability and drives planning and resolution, providing key stakeholders with timely statuses
· Lead various product initiatives while delivering other cross-functional projects and ensure coordination across Product Areas (where necessary)
· Communicates with various stakeholders to ensure alignment of goals and tasks to ensure the overall success of the program
· Develop a thorough understanding of business processes and technical issues related
· You will enable continuous improvement during projects, ensuring learnings are documented and shared with other tech teams
· Manage stakeholders effectively
· Continuously improve the cooperation between the product teams with other stakeholders at H&M and in the Business Tech organization
· Act as “scrum of the scrums” ensuring proper coordination of the deliverables
We see some mandatory requirements, both competence and tools:
· Deep Knowledge in modern communication & collaboration platforms like Microsoft 365
· Extensive experience from driving large scale initiatives, projects / programs in enterprise organizations
· Deep experience from working and managing offshore teams
· Deep know how in agile ways of working. E.g. SAFe
· Good knowledge of SAP Testing.
· At least 8-10 years of SAP testing and coordination with business.
· Hands on experience of Retail & Logistics SAP.
· Ability to understand and analyze complex information and share it in effective and powerful communications
· Ability to take responsibility, work proactively and continuously improve activities in complex, quickly transforming environments



Qualifying requirements
· Know how in core infrastructure capabilities like network, access management
· Experience from working in retail area with communication & collaboration business processes and solutions
· BE/M.Sc. with at least 8-10 years of SAP implementation and Testing knowledge.
