Cross Delivery Coordinator to SAP Test Management, H&M Group

Responsibilities
As a Cross Delivery Coordinator, you will lead, manage, and execute large cross-cutting and technology initiatives, involving a large number of product teams and business stakeholders on behalf of SAP test management team. You will lead initiatives cross domains, product areas and product teams, as well as with business stakeholders to drive joint initiatives, requiring synchronized backlogs and activities. We believe you have an understanding of retail & logistics SAP business processes as well as technical knowledge on master test data and transactional test data creation and distributing. Furthermore, you will:
Take accountability and drive planning and resolution, providing key stakeholders with timely statuses
Lead product initiatives while delivering other cross-functional projects
Communicates with various stakeholders to ensure alignment of goals and tasks to ensure the overall success of the program
Develop a thorough understanding of business processes and technical issues related
You will enable continuous improvement during projects, ensuring learnings are documented and shared with other tech team
Act as “scrum of the scrums” ensuring proper coordination of the deliverables

Who are you?
We believe you have deep knowledge about modern communication & collaboration platforms like Microsoft 365 as well as agile ways of working e.g., SAFe. You have 8+ years of SAP testing and coordination with business as well as hands on experience of Retail & Logistics SAP and knowledge. You have an ability to understand and analyze complex information and with your excellent English communication skills you can effectively pass on information. You also have:
Extensive experience from driving large scale initiatives, projects / programs in enterprise organization
Ability to understand and analyze complex information and share it in effective and powerful communications
Experience from working and managing offshore teams
Ability to take responsibility, work proactively and continuously improve activities in complex, quickly transforming environments

It is also beneficial if you:
Know how in core infrastructure capabilities like network, access management
Have experience from working in retail area with communication & collaboration business processes and solutions
Have a BE/M.Sc. with at least 8-10 years of SAP implementation and Testing knowledge.
