ABB Lorentzen & Wettre (L&W) is a world-leading manufacturer of equipment for quality control and process optimization in the pulp and paper industry. Our head office, including R&D and manufacturing, is located in Kista, Stockholm. Our unit consists of about 80 people, where Sales, Product Management, Manufacturing, Maintenance and R&D all sit under one roof.
We are now looking for a Cross Platform Developer to the L&W Process Measurements R&D Department.
Your responsibilities
You will be part of our R&D software team, where you will get the opportunity to be an active part of our product development life-cycle, from idea to launch.
You will collaborate with colleagues within electronics design, embedded systems, sensor physics, mechanical design and project management.
We develop products and solutions for the paper making industry, and you will develop applications needed to run our online fiber analyzers and felt measuring instruments.
As a Cross Platform Developer you will create embedded applications that run on embedded boards and windows-applications from the same environment .

Your background
A BSc or MSc degree in Computer Science, Engineering Physics or similar, alternatively equivalent working experience
It's a plus if you have minimum 2 years of experience in software development, preferably in c++
Experience in BSD, Linux, Git and QT:s licenced libraries is meriting
You are eager and able to find own creative solutions
You have curious and open mindset and enjoy collaborating in cross functional teams
