Are you passionate about training and wish to contribute to developing Tetra Pak’s employees’ competence?
We are now strengthening the Global Process Training Team with one Training Expert for developing and delivering training for Business Transformation Projects affecting the Company cross process.
You will join other specialized Trainers that are partnering with each global process team to create and deliver needed training in multiple formats including classroom, webinars, e-learnings and short instruction videos.
In this position, you will interact mainly with Global Process Teams members, Business Transformation project teams, Business Experts and System analysts within Global Information Management.
The position is based in Lund, Sweden, but you will work on a global arena. This position will require approximatively 10% travel.
What you will do
You will focus on:
· Creating training and delivering training in the format of classroom, webinars, e-learnings and short “how-to” videos.
· Partnering with different project teams to develop and implement training content in implementation phase.
· Participating in initiatives to improve process competence in areas indicated above
Who you are?
You have minimum of 3 years of experience in developing training materials (webinars, short videos, e-learnings etc.). As well, you have minimum 3 years of experience in training delivery.
To be successful in this position, you need excellent communication and presentation skills and proficiency working with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
As a person, you are structured while flexible, being able to work with changing requirements while keeping the key content and big picture in focus. You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills as well as passion for continuous learning. You are a quick learner. You are a team player and enjoy sharing your knowledge with others. You can adjust to the audience from a cultural and knowledge levels perspective while developing and delivering materials in a simple and efficient way.
We believe you have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of relevant experience.
Fluency in English, both oral and written is required, while experience in one or more processes (Order Fulfilment processes, Human Resources, Finance, Business Transformation etc.) is considered as a merit.
