Description

The client is looking for a Cross Product Coordinator with ecperience of ITIL. This specific assignment as project manager is about to manage and coordinate all the upcoming and ongoing initiatives to ensure that they deliver value and features according to expectations and time plan. There are several teams involved in the deliveries, both teams and vendor teams.

Work tasks:

- Project Management and cross coordination of several initiatives
- Communication to stakeholders across the organization
- Planning and road mapping
- Stakeholder alignment


Mandatory competence and experience:

- Project Management
- Agile methodology like SAFe
- ITIL
- Experience from project management in larger tech organizations in general
- Solid understanding of Support and IT-operations
- Presentation and communication techniques
- Senior leadership
- English


Preferred competence and experience:

- Leading larger transformations
- Stakeholder management
- Knowledge about our major tech platforms such as Service Now and Splunk
- Experience from working with operating centers and monitoring
- Familiarity with organizations that mix agile methodology with large scale ITIL based operations
- Hands on experience from working with business development
- Swedish

- Ability to understand and analyze complex information and share it in effective and powerful communications
- Ability to understand people psychology and to connect to people to encourage new behaviors/way of thinking
