The Biomaterials division offers a wide variety of pulp grades to meet the demands of paper, board, tissue, textile and hygiene product producers. We maximise the business potential of the side streams of our processes, such as tall oil and turpentine from biomass. Based on our strong innovation approach, all fractions of biomass, like lignin and sugars, hold potential for use in various applications.
Biomaterial division is looking now for an experienced manager for a key position to manage our customer service centre in Skutskär, local warehouse operations and pulp supply from Sweden to our global customer portfolio.
Main responsibilities are:
· Team leadership and development
· Order fulfillment and S&OP process execution in Skutskär according to Stora Enso Biomaterials’ standards
· Supply network design in close collaboration with Stora Enso logistics
· Mill finished goods warehouse management
· Daily cooperation with Biomaterials’ sales team, technical customer service and mill operations
· Close cooperation with the Stora Enso logistics and external terminals and Stora Enso Forest division
· Customer and supplier relationship management
· Chain of Custody reporting
· Internal and operational controls
· Service level monitoring and improvements
· Order fulfillment, S&OP and other supply chain development projects
· Member of Skutskär mill management team and Biomaterials’ Supply Chain core team
The person will report to VP, Head of CSC and Supply Chain, Biomaterials.
Location: Skutskär, Sweden
The position requires travelling in Europe.

Requirements
· University degree in business or engineering
· Strong leadership skills
· Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in supply chain, customer service, operations or logistics
· Excellent written and spoken English and Swedish is mandatory
· Good communication and presentation skills
· Proactivity and willingness to take responsibility
· Willing to go the extra mile to meet customers’ expectations
· Ability to assess business cases and create scenario analysis
· Ability to work independently
· Flexibility and ability to handle stress
· Experience in project management
· Knowledge of Biomaterials’ order fulfillment systems (SAP SD, OTM, Fenix) considered as a merit
