About us

We are a small company on a big quest: bringing group messaging to the next connected billion.
We are building something no one ever has: a hybrid of telecom and app-messaging that is well-positioned for the shift from SMS to internet-based communications.

We are an enthusiastic bunch of people, headquartered in Gamla Stan in Stockholm. We are about 20 people from nine different countries. We also have staff in Indonesia, Moldova, and Bali. Are you up for the challenge of scaling high-availability products to multi-million markets?

What will you do?

As a Chief Technology Officer, you’ll work from our HQ in central Stockholm. You will work directly under the CEO and closely with the COO, CPO, and Sales team. You’ll act as both a technology and business expert, making decisions that will impact the current and future operations of the company.

You will be making executive technology decisions on behalf of the company, including managing a technology budget and making investments to align the company with our vision to be a global messaging platform. You’ll also have the personnel responsibility for 9 persons, which includes the setting of salaries, performance reviews, holding retros and hiring. This team will grow and will most likely move towards a team of 10-15 persons quite rapidly.

Who are you?

We believe that you have

- more than 8 years of experience in engineering
- more than 3 years of experience in a managing role, eg. CTO or Engineering Manager
- a solid knowledge and interest in development and techniques experience working in a startup or equivalent (eg. with funding and starting a new business)


We’ll get impressed if you have

- experience of managing a remote team
- experience from a relevant industry
