CTO in Tallinn

VNTRS is now looking for a CTO in Tallinn who shares our passion for entrepreneurship and tech. We started in 2016 and have grown ever since - we are now opening our next location in Tallinn!
Is this you?
You probably have been part of at least one startup journey either as a co-founder or early employee.
You are well-connected with the Tallinn startup ecosystem.
You are passionate about coding and making people grow, most likely you are also a full-stack Javascript developer.
You have previously had a Tech Lead/CTO role.
You have previous experience within Infrastructure/Deployments, preferably within the Google Cloud Platform.
You have experience in having technical interviews with candidates.
You are fluent in Estonian and English.

We are currently 28 coworkers and at VNTRS we like to share risk and to have skin in the game. To partner up with promising entrepreneurs/corporations and share the risk and upside together with all our co-workers is one of the cornerstones of VNTRS.
About the job: together with the original co-founders of VNTRS and the other local co-founders you will set the agenda of what and how we will help companies succeed in your area and also help in different projects. You will help hiring the first close knitted team for the Tallinn office, but also have close contact with managers in other countries.
