CTO to Cabonline Group

Cabonline has started an exciting transformation journey that involves both business and technology transformation.. The journey involves modernization and digitalization, with internal development capabilities using cloud technology and external SaaS-providers.

In this role you will be able to shape the future for the leading taxi operator in the Nordics.

We are now looking for a CTO who wants to be involved and take us further in the next step to strengthen our leading position in the market. You are a tech leader  and business visionary who is driven by leading in change and loves the challenge of taking our product to the next level together with our committed teams.

 

YOU WILL


• Leadership – You will lead, guide and coach a multicultural team IT organization via skilled IT managers.
• Strategy - You will work closely with the Management where you will work both with strategy and execution. The responsibility also includesmaking sure that the products are in line with Cabonline´s business vision and strategy.
• Resource planning - Lead and manage leaders within the IT departments; Development, Product and Initiatives, Architecture, Security and Operations. Currently, five teams consisting of 44 employees.
• Development and implementation - You are responsible for ensuring that the platform development's progression is moving in the right direction, strengthening our market value and maximizing customer benefit. You are ultimately responsible for the technical product and service delivery, including front end consumer applications,gin car technology (tariff, driver equipment and payment) and booking and Dispatch core systems. Ensuring a proactive, modern and forward-leaning approach, fully exploring the opportunities with the rapidly evolving IT technologies.
• Digitalization - Optimize and digitalize processes, with a high degree of self-service and automation.
• Service management – Enable high level of service managmement that involves internal and external solutions/services.
• Vendor management - Continuously work with external Vendors and be responsible for procurement and framework agreements in terms of software licenses, IT policies, IT standards and management of budgets

With a product ownership and the right development methodology you will ensure that our transformation journey will have the best possible outcome.

YOU ARE

You have several years of leadership experience in IT Management.  We see that you have strong communicative skills where you can present highly technical areas to both technical and non-technical personnel at all levels in the organization. IT Service Management and IT strategy are something you work with daily.

You are used to working with planning, organizing, resource management and managing IT Service organizations. You are a present, confident, business-driven and courageous leader who handles various stakeholders both internally and externally.

We also see that you enjoy driving change and are happy to lead the organization forward. To get the best results, we therefore see that experience with agile transformations is of great importance.

Preferably you have a university degree in IT, engineering, systems science or similar.
