Curation Analyst

Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain the curation analytics framework, but also educate peers and colleagues in how to use our analytics stack
Analyze metrics and data to support markets but also to support other product teams through quantitative decision making
Support markets and product teams in the deployment of new features and improvements within the domain of content exploration and curation
Support markets and product teams in the experimentation process within the domain of content exploration and curation
Promote a highly data-driven approach in the daily work of Content Curators through experimentation, A/B testing, and usage of data
Communicate results and business impacts to stakeholders and product teams.
Collaborate with various departments such as tech and our data team to test new designs and functionalities within the domain of content exploration and curation
Perform other work-related duties and complete projects as needed.
