About the role

We are searching for a customer accounting advisor with strong sense of service in the job of handling incoming payments from end customers. You will be a member of an engaged team who is supporting and providing high-quality service to our Nordic end customers. 

In this role you will register payments in different currencies in several complex systems, handle refunds, accounts receivable and bank account reconciliation.

Speaking fluent Finnish is a requirement and placement for this position is Umeå.

Who are we looking for?

To thrive and fit in the role as a customer accounting advisor, you are open- and service minded. We are working together in a team, why it’s important that you are a team player. We are searching for a person with experience working with computers and related systems. At times we have a fast-working pace, why it’s important that you can handle stressful situations. 

We believe you have:

• A financial education with a couple of years of experience from a finance department in accounts receivable and accounting.

• If you have experience of working with foreign currencies, this is advantageous.

• You also communicate fluently in Finnish, Swedish and English in speaking and writing.

• As a person, you are positive, flexible, and service-minded.

• You have good cooperation skills and are accurate and efficient.

• You also have a good understanding of business systems.

• You are motivated and take responsibility for driving your area of responsibility and tasks on your own, while enjoying working with other colleagues to develop the work of the team.
