Husqvarna is now hiring a Customer Activation and Partnership Manager who is looking for an exciting opportunity within B2B marketing.
About the position:
As part of this CSU, the Customer activation and partnership manager will work within the Marketing and Customer Experience team. Our team has the responsibility to create the global marketing and communication strategy and to drive and support the local marketing teams into creating and executing their plans. In addition to this, several marketing activities are being owned and executed by our team directly, supporting the local organizations into achieving our sales and marketing objectives.
Besides from working closely together with the local marketing teams, we are supported by the central brand and marketing team on specialist areas like, PR, online marketing, marketing operations, etc.
Other Key stakeholders for the Customer Activation and Partnership Managers are the sales teams across the globe. The activities the Customer Activation and Partnership Manager develops often have a strong sales supporting focus, and therefore need to be coordinated and co-created with these teams.
Consequently, the most important stakeholder will always be the customer. We design everything we do with the end-customer in mind, making sure we enrich their working life’s.
We are a modern and flexible team, and the role has a strong international aspect. This position is preferable based in Sweden (Huskvarna or Stockholm area), but applications from other countries will be considered (qualification and motivation trumps location).
Skills:
- BSc or MSc, preferably in Business administration or Marketing, or equivalent degree in other field complemented with relevant work experience.
- A minimum of 7-10 years of working experience within B2B marketing, business development or sales.
- Ability to work in a complex and international environment with frequent travels.
- Proficiency in English is required.
- Proficiency in Swedish, German or French is a plus but not a requirement.

You are a communicative, collaborative, structured, self-motivated and result driven person who enjoys international environments. You are commercially savvy and have a great understanding of customers’ needs, their journey and their decision making process. Your strategic capabilities are insights driven, and you need to able to create clear business cases to motivate your plans.
The team work with professional customers globally and you need to have a good understanding of B2B marketing tools and activities as well as understand the sales processes and strategic elements for our customers worldwide. Further, you need to be able to execute plans with a hands on approach. To be strategically competent and a to have a pragmatic mindset is key.
