As a Customer Activation Marketer
What do you get if you inject the soul of us Noders into an office space? Our new, colorful HQ in Gamlestaden, Gothenburg is a pretty awesome example of this. Here, you will be a member of our vibrant Customer Experience team and a part of a fast-paced Avinode Group. Your responsibilities include planning and executing the strategy to activate and retain users of our products and features. With a good understanding of digital tools and platforms (plus Photoshop/InDesign up your sleeve), you design and write a wide variety of content across multiple channels. You will work closely with the product organization and their teams alongside the Customer Onboarding team to plan activities to support agreed objectives. Prepare, produce, and manage communications that influence the KPIs of customer adoption and retention.

Our wishes:
A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or equivalent field experience
Great at storytelling, both when writing and presenting
You’re nearly as mobile (read: willing to travel) as we are
You wear an Adobe Suite (with a sleek Power-Point shirt) to work every day
You understand the product world and have worked in a similar role before
English fluency - a must in this role
