WHAT YOU WILL DO
- By on-point communication (written and visual) you plan and execute the strategy to activate and retain users of our products and features.
- You will be successful in this using our digital tools such as Intercom, Microsoft Dynamics and other tools, but also with excellent listening skills and teamwork with our product organization. (whatever else you have up your sleeve)
- You understand the importance of relevance and personalization and will use that as a mantra.
- You will work in the CX team along with marketing and onboarding teams, with access to the other teams in the organization.
- Work closely with the product organization as a member of the extended product team and their teams alongside the CX team to plan activities to support agreed commercial objectives.
- Prepare, produce and manage communications that influence the KPIs of customer adoption and retention.
- Design and write all required content.
- Manage the overview of user-oriented content across different platforms (Intercom in-app, email, etc) to make sure there is balance and consistency.
- Protect and grow our Brands and products by ensuring that all materials adhere to guidelines.
- Track and analyse activities and follow up with results. We want to do, measure and learn.
QUALIFICATIONS OF THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

- Excellent writing & communication skills in English.
- Ability to create high quality work where accuracy and attention-to-detail are key.
- Ability to successfully work within a virtual team spread across the globe with different viewpoints and experience.
- High energy, “can do attitude” and self-starter with strong organizational, project management, prioritization and multi-tasking skills being essential.
- Able to bring flexibility, creativity and problem-solving skills to daily activities.
- Solid skills in Adobe Suite, other visual/media marketing tools and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Marketing automation tools feels comfortable to you.
- Willingness to travel when required and handle evening calls with the US.
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent field experience.
- Experience from business aviation industry.
