What You'll Do
As a Customer Advocacy Coordinator you will be part of the Custom Bioprocess Solution (CBS) Life cycle management team working with customer support and quality related tasks such as complaints and questions from our global market. As coordinator you will be responsible for driving quality improvements, leading CAPA investigations and implementation, act as field modification coordinator and analyze and report quality related trends together with the team.
You will have dedicated support from SME’s (Subject matter experts) for technical details, investigations and responses.
Who you are
In this role you are analytical, have customer focus and the capability to manage cultural differences. You have excellent communication and collaboration skills. You have English and Swedish as working language. Preferable also knowledge of Cytiva Bioprocess products to the Biopharma industry and experience of complaint handling, CAPA processes, etc. or similar.
You are also comfortable working at a high pace and to deliver quality on short notice.
