To strengthen our E-commerce team and strategy, you as an experienced E-commerce analyst will be a crucial part in analyzing and providing the organization with statistical findings. We have a grand vision, to double our e-commerce sales, and you would be key to this success. The analysis will focus on customer traffic, engagement on site, CRM and will eventually result in segmentation and strategy for our E-commerce organisation. Exciting times are ahead when we are refocusing on E-commerce, digital media and execution excellence - and we want you onboard on the journey!

THE TASKS YOU WILL OWN

- Set full-funnel-analytic framework, including traffic, on-site behaviour, and CRM
- Be able to discuss and execute E-com segmentation and strategy with manager and executive team
- Identify key growth opportunities and ways to test and iterate
- Own the customer journey: Outline the strategy on how to integrate customer journey/experience across all touchpoints. From first Ad -> retargeting -> onsite -> checkout -> retention.


- Driving the personalization features - linking offsite content to onsite content within each customer segmentation (1 to 1 ideally)
- MarTech - how to optimize the tech stack to match our digital strategy. Extract as much value from our significant amount of data
- Within team environment help set channel strategy. (paid search, paid socials, CRM, influencer etc)
- Help set up internal process’ and external process with marketing agency
- Within team environment contribute to the customer segmentation strategy


- Ensure we implement all tracking and measurement correct. Set a data strategy to leverage data in paid media.
- Drive attribution project together with the media team 


WHO YOU ARE

Must have

- High degree of understanding of E-commerce, including traffic and CRM
- 5+ years relevant experience working as a media- and/or E-commerce analyst
- Advanced data management, Excel, Google analytics and data visualization skills
- Experience in full-funnel strategy and together with different departments set a channel strategy. 


Preferred

- Worked at both media agency and E-commerce DTC company
- Experience using SQL-based analytics tools, such as Google BigQuery and Snowflake
- Understanding of statistical concepts and working with Python and R


- Experience in regression modeling
- Experience in driving attribution projects
