Our Team:
The Customer Value Management team in Tele2 is a consumer unit focused on increasing the value and reducing the churn of our customer bases. We are increasingly data led, using AI to be able to target customers better and working to improve our delivery across multiple touch points. In this role you will report to James Mahon who is our Director for Customer Value Management.
We have customer value managers also working on Tele2 Mobile, Comviq as well as Convergence & Household. You will work closely with these other managers on areas of common interest.
Our Commercial Analytics and 1 to 1 Marketing teams make up the remainder of the CVM team.
This is the job:
You will work on Tele2 Broadband & TV customer base. Tele2 is our principal premium brand, selling Mobile, Mobile, Broadband, TV & Play.
As Customer Base Manager you will develop strategies for both bases. Your objectives will be to reduce churn, increase value and support fixed cross sales.
Responsibilities include:
Planning and execution of initiatives supporting annual churn rates and retention.
Responsible for adjusting to patterns caused by competitors including new launches, pricing and process changes and any other market developments.
Development of proactive activity to target vulnerable customers and segments to deliver on targets. Our Direct Marketing team will support you with email and SMS send outs.
You will also with the Direct Marketing team to optimise our automated campaign sendouts – these are particularly important for prepaid where we have minimal customer information.
Developing insight driven propositions to for use in voice and online channels which meet the customers’ needs and thereby drive customer loyalty and increase total value of the customer base.
Working cross-functionally to develop forecasts and tracking progress on key drivers.
You will work with our Analytics team to develop x-sell and churn models so that we can better target our customers with a high degree of certainty that the targeted offer meets their needs.
Desired competence:
Must have
Relevant academic degree
Strong background within Customer Base Management and retention (CRM and Churn)
Commercial profile, worked customer base strategy & tactics
Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Powerpoint and Excel) and financial analyses including ROI.
Comfortable working in an English-speaking environment.
Nice to have
Experience from telecom or other subscription-based business
Experience in data analysis, or a willingness to learn – we can provide technical training to support you in this area.
Fluent in Swedish
