The company is an international family and entertainment and media enterprise who has a new video entertainment service targeted for families in the Nordics. You will be part of a Nordic team and together with them be responsible for the launch and day to day operation across the region focused on customer acquisition and retention, marketing, partnerships and synergy and content programming. The role is based in our office in central Stockholm.
You will be the local lead for customer management and work with lifecycle marketing across multiple channels. You will work closely with local content planners/merchandisers to ensure close to content priorities, awareness of local market distribution restrictions in the Nordics and alignment across customer facing channels in app. Content and feature engagement will be included and you will define campaign strategies for local markets. You will together with your team and with colleagues in the UK look at performance evaluation and develop recommendations on customer and campaign levels. You will look the customers behavior in the different countries in the Nordics using the streaming service. Through that create communication strategies towards the customer during and after they been using the streaming service.

Work with creative teams to define creative concepts and brief build of creative assetsInterface with regional build resource for Campaign build and deliveryOptimization of baseline e.g. creative testsAlign with regional engagement & retention leads on cross-region test and learn plansLead overall testing and learn plan for local marketCampaign plan / rulesResponsible for updating local market legal / terms of useUnderstanding of local market, competitors and CRM trends
Your skills:
You could work with a streaming service today or in other industries including a subscription service. It could also be within telco, gaming, TV or eCommerce. You have a longer background within marketing and the ability to deal with needs of diverse stakeholders.
