Key responsibilities

As a Customer Care Agent at Twistshake, it is your job to help our customers with technical, administrative, and product-related issues. You will have many daily customer contacts via email as well as chat and social media with B2B and B2C customers. Register, confirm and invoice sales orders & Creates and fills in documents on our customer’s request.

In every and each of these customers contacts, you will aim to exceed the customer's expectations. In addition to helping customers with questions related to their product and service, it is also your task to help the customer to increase their confidence by suggesting more products that meet the customer's needs. In customer support, you have an overly broad role which we think you will enjoy. You also have a very close Collaboration with other departments internally (supply chain, finance, B2B sales, marketplaces).



About you

To succeed in this role, you have at least 1+ years work experience in customer service, preferably in e-commerce with brands within baby and kid's products. Prior experience with Customer support platform tools such as Zendesk e-mail & chat is preferred. We also see that it’s meritorious if you have an economics degree and have previous experience with Visma and Business Central.

You are fluent in English and Swedish and have strong communication skills. Languages skills in German, Spanish or French are a big plus. You are skilled in negotiation and conflict- and problem-solving is your thing. You are used to prioritizing and multitasking and are not afraid of new challenges and work towards goals, both individually and in a team. And of course, you love to provide excellent service!
