ABOUT THIS EMPLOYMENT
Together with your team, you will work to maintain high-quality customer support where you are the link between the Group's various brands, the customer, and sales. You will help both existing and new customers via chat, phone, and email. In your customer matter, some administrative work is also added.
Your work will vary, where in addition to delivering a qualitative personal service to customers, you also have a responsibility to follow up on the customer's case to ensure quality and learn from the customer's feedback. You will actively work to identify areas for improvement within and outside your team to continue to develop the quality of your processes and customer dialogues. You also have an important role when it comes to being able to identify the customer's needs and at the same time transform the customer's interest in a sales opportunity.

REQUIREMENT
• Flexible when it comes to working hours when evening and weekend work occurs
• You speak and write fluent Swedish and English
• You have a full high school education
• Good computer skills
• Previous experience of customer service/customer contact
• Experience in sales is an advantage but not a requirement
