As a Customer Care team member you act as the heart of Once Upon. By putting people in the center of everything, your goal is to ensure the best customer experience – not only in your daily contacts with our Once Uponers (all our amazing customers!) but also from your valuable input to the development of our services and products. You support all customer matters through a variety of online channels on your day-time job with flexible working hours.

About the role
Once Upon is in a very exciting and expansive phase and you will be an important part in helping us meet the growing demand from customers in existing and new markets. We are four colleagues in the Customer Care team and are now looking forward to welcoming two new colleagues.
What you’ll do:
You will meet with and give outstanding service to our Once Uponers through online channels like our website and email, but also through Instagram, Facebook, Google Play and App Store. As a Customer Care team member you assist customers with technical issues as well as general questions. You collect and analyze customer feedback and communicate the data and insights to the rest of the organization, giving us direction in product development as well as other strategic decisions. You will also be a first-hand contact with our printing houses, which today are located in five different countries.
Your background
To be the perfect fit for this job you have a proven track record of delivering excellent customer experience. You probably come from a job within customer support and you are a digital native who naturally guides others in app- and technical environments.
Since our Once Uponers are all over the world we value the addition of different cultures and languages to the team. You have excellent written communication in English and Swedish. If you are fluent in other European languages (such as German, French, Dutch or Italian), that will be of great value in this role.

Our headquarters are located in Skellefteå, in the North of Sweden. If you don't already live here, we are always happy to help and welcome new people relocating to our city. So don’t let anything silly like not living in Skellefteå at the moment stop you!
