Information about the position:
Professionals Nord is looking for a Customer Care Analyst on behalf of our client. You will work as a consultant for Professionals Nord. The Customer Care Analyst will be responsible for analysing the Customer Care department´s operations and providing recommendations on how to improve the productivity and customer experience. The responsibility also includes managing global forecast andresource planning, working closely with the Insights & Analytics department for customer insights and support Customer Care with analyses in strategic service development projects.

Work Tasks:

• Manage global resource planning and forecasts, and own the forecast process
• Work closely with the Customer Care management team to analyse implications of new service requests, and strategic and operational initiatives
• Manage root-cause analyses to support in improving the contact centres operations
• Work closely with the Insights & Analytics department to gather, analyse and visualize customer insights
• Based on customer insights, recommend input to the support sites (e.g. the FAQ section)
• Manage analysis projects within Customer Care
• Perform vendor performance analyses
• Deliver compelling insights to help drive evidence-based service design decisions of the customer support
• Support with analyses in strategy development

We´re looking for these competences:

• Academic degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics or equivalent
• Previous experience comparable role, preferably experience from resource planning and forecasting
• Has very good knowledge of Excel, PowerBI and other relevant tools
• Has very good knowledge of English in speech and writing

It is an advantage that you have good knowledge of, or have previously worked with Salesforce and/or Customer Support domain.
