As a Customer Care Representative you will be an integral part of our mission, working directly with what we hold most dearly: Our customers. We are a small team and you will be working individually as well as with the team. You will play an important role in upholding a great customer service experience, manage the customers’ journey post sale and act as a hub for questions from the entire organization. As you will interact with customers and colleagues from all over the globe you need to be a people person with a natural commitment to helping others.
You will report to the Customer Care Manager for EMEA.
What is Customer Care at IAR Systems and what will you be doing?
The Customer Care Representative is an active member of the Global Customer Care team which is focusing on servicing and supporting our customers as well as our colleagues with any requests they may have.
The Customer Care team is committed to:
Provide licensing, installation and activation support for customers
Troubleshoot licensing error messages and provide solutions for customers
Respond to internal and external requests and questions over the phone or via email
Process incoming orders and shipments from our Sales organization
Assure purchased product is delivered properly and promptly, ensuring that appropriate documentation and information is included.

You are service-minded, detail-oriented, meticulous, highly organized problem-solver preferably with a keen technical interest or knowledge
You have a desire to serve regardless of the recipient – a customer or your colleague
You identify yourself as un-prestigious, hardworking and itching to be a part of a high performing team regardless of the task at hand, one day you are solving a technical issue and the next you clean our warehouse
You have the ability to perform at a high level, in order to support high volume of inbound tasks
You are a go getter who will proactively assist in building processes and procedures.

Since we are operating in a worldwide market, you need to have good communicative skills and advanced English, both verbal and written. A solid experience in working with Microsoft Office and CRM systems is required.
It is a bonus but not a requirement if you also have knowledge in key areas of international B2B customer service including experience in export shipments and order handling, preferably from an administrative/logistic role, and you value and understand long-term customer relationships.
Overall you need to be a customer-focused professional with the desire to take IAR Systems Customer Care team to the next level together with the team!
