As the main point of contact throughout the breast aesthetic journey, the Customer Care Representative plays a crucial role in assisting consumers. Your role in this position will be to proactively engage with customers prior to their surgery. This can be accomplished by supplying them with essential information about the company's offerings through various communication channels such as appointment reminders, and proactive follow-ups through calls, emails, and other channels.

Your responsibilities and impact as a Customer Care Representative will be:
Acting as a mediator between the consumer and the clinic to address any concerns or issues that may arise
Effectively addressing patient inquiries by delivering unbiased, precise, non-promotional, and non-medical information.
Assuring the customers have a positive experience fitting our client´s quality standards.
Coordinating an onboarding process for interested customers, guiding them through the necessary steps to become a valued client. 

Skills, qualifications, and interests you need to succeed in this role:
Native level of German with a fluent level of English and Spanish (at least C1)
Already based in Barcelona or the metropolitan area
Having excellent verbal and written communication skills
Being able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Being able to quickly understand customers´ needs and deal with their emotions
Having a well-organized and structured way of working
Minimum 1 year of experience working in a customer service environment
Data entry skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
Previous experience working in the medical (aesthetics) would be a plus
Previous experience working with Zendesk and Salesforce would be a plus
