Customer Care Manager

Schneider Electric has a great opportunity for the right person to join our team as a Customer Care Manager. This position is accountable for providing a high level of customer service for all customers, internal and external.

Your main responsibilities
* Manage a Customer Care Center.
* Implement company policy, define roles, targets and objectives.
* Communication with Customer Care centre staff, other departments, customers and external organizations.
* Create an effective and efficient organization. Responsible for reporting and budget.
* Development and management, evaluation and planning development
* Manage processing operations of incoming orders in interface with front office.
* Update the data related to the orders
* Be the interface with the customers in order to develop service and relationship
* Be the interface with business units in strategic developments

Qualifications and Skills
* Bachelor degree
* Experience from a similar position, 3-5 years
* Strong leadership and communication skills, previous leadership experience crucial
* Preferable Lean administration knowledge and SAP knowledge
* Knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel)
* Excellent skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and in writing
* Self-driven and goal oriented
