About the job
You have overall responsibility for developing and delivering excellent customer service together with your team by meeting Cibes Lift Group's needs and supporting the service organization and our subsidiaries around the world. There are two team leaders within sales & spare parts and warehouse & freight, who reports to you, their teams together consist of 16 people today. You report to the Director of Marketing & After Sales Gävle. You lead and distribute the work and run projects to continuously evaluate, improve and strengthen our customer relationships. You work with business development and develop KPIs and identify customer satisfaction targets. The role includes full personnel, budget, and work environment responsibility. You ensure that all employees have the opportunity for personal skill development to meet the needs of customers and the business. You ensure that processes are followed according to defined global processes within Cibes Lift Group. You are responsible for implementing new tools, processes and systems and ensuring our operational quality.
Your position is located at our head quarter in Gävle. The possibility of remote work in addition to the travelling for work is available, with consideration to the needs of the business.
About you
We are looking for you who are business-minded, team-oriented and coaching, with an understanding of analysis, numbers, and service, with an interest in developing relationships. We see that you have at least 5 years of experience in customer service, sales, aftermarket, and leadership. We are looking for you with experience in change management and experience of working both strategically and operationally. You have extensive system experience and work daily in MS Office. To develop and maintain our business systems, configurator and web shop is a part of your job. As a person, you are structured, responsible and a goal-oriented doer who is not afraid to make decisions. You give your employees a strategic direction that you break down into goals and actions and create the conditions for long-term sustainability. You speak and write fluent Swedish. As the company's corporate language is English, it is expected that you have good oral and written skills. If you have a relevant post-secondary education, it can be advantage.
