We at Jefferson Wells are now helping Polestar to find a Customer Care Process Specialist for a consultant assignment with start ASAP to 31 July 2022. We are looking for you who has experience in developing, Process mapping and implementing of customer care processes. For this job you will implement the processes to Polestars new markets, primarily Spain and Portugal. Welcome with your application.

Location Polestar HQ in Torslanda, Gothenburg with some travel to local markets.
Assignment description and main responsibilities
In the assignment you will work with Process mapping and implementing of customer care processes to scale Polestar business and increase its reach in Europe. They have two new markets in focus for expansion, Spain & Portugal where they have start of sales in 2022
To support the new markets, Sitel has been selected as Polestar's local Customer Care partner.
* Spain, process mapping & implementation of customer care processes
* Portugal , process mapping & implementation of customer care processes
Responsibilities
* Deliver process mapping & implementation of Polestar Customer Care processes & tasks to support STO, OTD & DTR processes for Polestar Spain & Portugal.
* Facilitate and deliver training in documented processes for Polestar Customer Care partner Sitel (mainly on-premise trainers) & alignment with local PSUs & partners.
* Support Customer Care go-to-market launch activities (e.g.E2E testing & hypercare).
* Documentation of processes and working tasks will be done to sufficient detail to ensure non-ambiguous instructions for support agents.
* Support post implementation with Hypercare.

* Experience of defining, mapping and managing processes
* Experience of working with quality assurance processes, preferably within Customer support
* Methodical and structured
* Solution oriented
* Customer centric mindset
* Pedagogical with good communication skills
* Enjoy building relationships with many stakeholders
* Language skills: English
* A bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Other requirements
* Customer support experience meritorious
* Experience from automotive industry meritorious
