Join our team!
We are looking for a new member to our Customer Care team in Uppsala working toward Europe, the Middle East and Africa. This position’s responsibilities are partly to handle the logistics related to orders and our warehouse and partly to help and support customers and internal functions. Our goal is to uphold a high standard of order processing, customer service and as an assisting support function to other internal functions within IAR Systems.
Role description
Your closest team members will be the EMEA Customer Care team but you will also collaborate and interact with our finance department, account managers, field application engineers, system administrators and our technical support team.
As a Customer Care Representative you are responsible for the following job assignments:
Order processing, packing and shipping.
Invoicing.
Assisting customers with first tier licensing support related to installations and basic technical problems.
Help customers with questions related to invoices, orders and other general questions.
Organizing and maintaining our warehouse.
Support our sales teams in different ways.

Do not be surprised if other temporary assignments occasionally take priority or are added to the to do list – for instance tasks related to campaigns or projects.
Who are you?
We believe that you have a strong will to help others, are responsible and put effort into delivering solutions. You are a customer oriented person with good collaboration skills, communicative and relationship-building in contact with both customers and colleagues. You have a good structure in your work and are attentive and accommodating to the task at hand. You are also proficient in English.
To get into the role quickly it is a plus if you have experience from service jobs, administrative work or logistics – but it is not a requirement. We value your personality highly since we aim to build a strong and lasting team.
