Join our team of passionate, customer-centric individuals i Barcelona, who have a proven track record of reactivating and retaining customers in Denmark and Norway.
Drive customer reactivation and retention through marketing, promoting and reactivating subscription services and explaining product offerings through outbound customer care interactions. The role requires a high level of customer care to negotiate reactivation and re-engagement of services, collect customer feedback, analyse data, cross-sell activities and generally support a customer retention strategy.
Requirements
Based in Barcelona, Spain or willing to relocate
Fluent in Danish or Norwegian (oral and written), with a good command of English
Strong customer orientation (previous retention/customer service experience is an advantage)
Self-motivated to write your own cheque - excellent earning potential against target
Office based
Strong PC skills
