As a Customer Care Specialist, your job is to consistently deliver an outstanding, personal and customer experience addressing the needs of current and future customers across the shopping and ownership journey.

- Strong communication skills (oral and written) with attention to tone of voice/details

- Customer-focused and dedicated to exceeding the expectation of customers
- Customer service experience from sales-oriented premium brands desired
- All candidates must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment background check and language tests (Finnish + English)
- Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license
- Ability to work evening hours, weekends and holidays. Polestar is available for their customers both evenings and weekends.
