Our client is currently hiring for multiple positions as Customer Care Specialists. This is due to their shift from a wholesale model to direct sales and consumer support. These roles will be located at their headquarters in Gothenburg.
Our customer places significant importance on the growth and development of its employees. As a result, this role will include coaching, assessments, and a strong understanding of the company's products or services as essential components. As a specialist, it is crucial to have a comprehensive knowledge of the company's policies, processes, and systems in order to provide accurate and pertinent information to consumers. By becoming an expert in your field, you will be able to offer competent support and answer consumer inquiries with credibility.
As the Customer Care Specialist, your primary responsibility is to consistently provide an exceptional and personalized customer experience, catering to the needs of both current and prospective consumers throughout their entire shopping and ownership journey. Your role as a brand ambassador is essential in upholding our mission to enhance society and effectively fulfilling our brand promise.
Job assignments:
- Communication with consumers primarily via phone, chat, and email
- Understanding consumer inquiries and needs
- Providing viable solutions with a high service level
Requirements:
- 2-3 years relevant experience within first line support
- Have experience of dealing with customer complaints and critique in a professional manner while keeping a positive mindset
- Can build trust by being empathetic toward the customer’s issues and attentive to their needs
- Have great communication skills, both orally and written
- Fluent in both Swedish and English and can effectively communicate orally and in writing without any hindrance
- Comfortable communicating via phone, chat and email
